Seminar Information

Plan to arrive at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront on Wednesday, June 22 between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Checkout is on Saturday, June 25 at noon.

Cover Artist
Appointments will be made during registration on June 22 with the cover artist. Time is limited to 45 minutes per school; please have your idea or concept ready prior to your appointment time.

Meals
Dinner will be served on Wednesday evening. Commuters may purchase a meal plan or choose to eat off campus, or in the Hilton restaurant. There is also a Starbucks on site for coffee and light snacks.

For those staying on campus, all meals except Friday night's dinner (this is the afternoon you have free for the beach or other recreation) are included in your fee.

Sunglasses
Get cool Balfour light up sunglasses when you register!

Advisers
Adviser luncheon on Thursday.

Friday Night Pool Party
There will be a pool party Friday night with snacks, soft drinks and music. Please bring appropriate swimwear if you wish to enjoy the pool.

Dress Up Days

As always, you will have three days to dress up:

Wednesday: School Spirit Day
 
Thursday: College Day
 

Friday: Beach Day

Saturday: Crazy Hat Day

 
Prizes will be awarded to one staff each day at the general session for each event.

Directions

From Interstate 275, take Exit 22: Interstate 175, which is the same exit as that for the Bayfront Center. At fourth traffic light turn left onto 1st Street S. Hotel two blocks on left.
